If it's only happening with HP notebooks, then i'll not be getting HP again unless they fix this problem without charge. This is not actually a bug with the app. All fixed. If I do, I'll come back and let you know.So, like I said, the computer manufacturers and Microsoft didn't do their homework before pawning off this un-perfected product on us.
