I had some problems with the video card giving me crashes and BSODs, and also with the battery... but if I switch it off, and switch it back on again, it would SOMETIMES work again, but this time its not working :( ive unplugged all the plugs and reconnected But it shouldn't hurt to keep plugging away at it. I restarted the computer and it seemed normal. The same is happening with my asus k53sv. The next time I booted up it prompted me to clear my TPM and then it went to the black screen. But after reading this thread, realized that I have also been experiencing black screen issues.
