but, a few years ago i installed vista on a XP computer, and microsoft said my key was already in use. After sending the data, Microsoft returns solutions for known problems, often in the form of a software or driver update. Seeing as my only real important documents are small i put them on a usb and did a system restore. Today I was running nothing but Google chrome, and it froze.

And it keeps freezing like 20 secs randomly(not the mouse, only the program stops responding). I did a complete virusscan with norton internet security and f-secure online scanner, both found nothing. Did you update a video driver? Everything installed, however, now my computer runs extremely slowly.
