Hijackthis Log My Computer Is Slow

I've done the same with no harm, but like I said, only one is probably needed. i just turned on my pc today and it just started running really really slow.. dont know what to do, i got avg, search and destroy and i dont know wt else, heres the hijack this log, please help me thank you.Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1Scan saved See if ANYTHING is using high CPU when this is happening. this contact form
