Will Upgrade Installation Require More Space On Boot Drive ? I tried booting my acer laptop from the recovery disk and it worked fine. I want to have all my data (documents, photos, music, etc. ) In this second disk. If you convert the disk(s) to dynamic, you will not be able to start installed operating systems from any volume on the disk(s) (except the current boot volume).
